4. Order Processing and Delivery

• Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. The digital audio file(s) will be made available for download after the payment is successfully processed.
• Delivery: Digital products are available for immediate download once payment has been confirmed, and no physical shipping will take place.

5. Payment Methods

We accept payments through Cashfree Payment Gateway, which supports various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. By using this payment gateway, you agree to Cashfree’s Terms and Conditions for payment processing.

6. Intellectual Property

• License: By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or modify the files without explicit permission.

8. Returns and Refunds

Overview

Our Refund and Returns policy is applicable across all products sold on our website cherukadcreations.com.

Refunds

All our products are digital audio files. As such, we cannot issue a refund once you have downloaded the audio file after completing a purchase.

However, in case of a failed payment (even though money has been deducted from your bank account or card) and you were unable to download the file, we will make every effort to provide you with a working download link within 10 working days from the date we receive your support query. Please use the support form in the “Need help?” section to submit your query.

If we are unable to provide you with a working download link for the file, we will attempt to share the audio file directly with you via Dropbox or Gmail to the email address you used to make the purchase on our website. The same email address should be used in the contact form to ensure that we send the file to the correct address.

Once payment is received, we have an automated system in place to provide you with a working download link for the audio file. Therefore, if you have received a broken download link, please raise a support query. Refunds are not possible once payment has been processed, as the product is delivered digitally and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any of our products.

Gifts

As our products are digital downloads, they do not apply to our gift policy.

Shipping Returns

All our products are downloadable audio files, so the category of “Shipping Returns” does not apply.
